CLUB AUTOMATION’S CORE PLATFORM
We believe in delivering a best-in-class club management solution to fulfill the software needs for our customers. This not only gives our customers an out-of-the-box solution to efficiently run their facility but also serves as the foundation for our API offering. Our APIs are robust in part because of the logic that is driven by the core platform that supports them.
CUSTOMER-FACING APIS
We understand that there could be times where a customer needs more customization or granular control over an aspect of the member or staff experience than the Club Automation core system can provide. Earlier this year, we rolled out our customer-facing API that our clubs can use to create their own customized experiences. Whether it be a custom website or custom application, we provide the necessary APIs to use to fully tailor that experience.
3RD PARTY INTEGRATIONS
We also understand that there are times where our customers are leveraging a 3rd party application for a certain aspect of their business. As such, we have put a large emphasis on making it easier for 3rd party applications to integrate into our platform.
To help facilitate partnership integrations, we have The Exchange. This means we are already in conversation with dozens of 3rd party partners to get them integrated into our platform for the benefit of our customers. If you are a customer and have a 3rd party application you want us to partner with, let us know! We would be more than happy to help make that partnership happen.
Whether it be our customer-facing API or the APIs that 3rd party partners use, our overarching API strategy is to deliver a best-in-class API ecosystem for our customers and partners to easily connect and integrate into our platform.
We believe this starts with creating APIs that are business oriented and geared toward solving tangible needs. We don’t want to develop APIs just for the sake of having APIs, but we want to make sure they are useful for our customers and partners. Secondly, we deliver easy-to-use and implementation friendly APIs with best-in-class documentation.
We know that there will be varying levels of proficiency by the developers using our APIs, so we want to make the experience as easy as possible to get up and running. We provide documentation that makes it clear what the APIs are for and that gives real-life examples of how the APIs are to be used.
