We are excited to release new features to the Membership Prospecting tool on March 4th that adds additional reporting and makes viewing, tracking and updating prospects easier for your staff!

New Membership Prospecting Tasks Report

With this release, we have added a new report to give visibility into the tasks that your sales team members complete in Club Automation. At a moment’s glance, you can now see the types of tasks and how many tasks were completed for each employee over a specified date range.

Ability to View Prospect List by Assignee

When you are viewing the prospecting list, you will now have two filters you can leverage to pare down the list of prospects. The first filter is the assignee field. With this update, you will now be able to view the prospect list by my prospects, all prospects, unassigned prospects and you will also be able to view prospects by each staff member.

A user by default will be able to view their prospects, but there are new permissions to govern whether or not they will be able to view the other assignee options in the list.

Ability to View Prospect List by Status

In addition to filtering the prospect list by assignee, you will have a separate filter to pare down thelist of prospects by status. This allows you to use both the assignee filter and the status filter in tandem to view different combinations of prospects.For example, you could choose to view "my prospects that are joined"or "unassigned prospects that are active".

New Permissions

As mentioned above, we have added three different permissions to control who can view the prospect list by "All Prospects," "UnassignedProspects" or to view the prospects broken down by other staff members.

Additionally, we have added another new permission to control if a user can assign a prospecting task to another user. If a user cannot assign a prospecting task, their name will by default be populated in the assignee field and they will not be able to change it. If the user does have permission, they will be able to change who the task is assigned to.

In addition to these updates, every release includes improvements for speed, reliability and bug fixes to enhance your CA experience.
