We were looking for an online system that had membership billing components, tennis revenue tracking, and some sort of payroll feature and we got so much more! Working with a partner that is familiar with tennis and having a customer service team help customize our systems was just what we needed.
We can check attendance records, club check-ins, view membership retention reports, and know that our pros payrolls are being generated by the revenue collected. Our operations have completely turned around since we started using CA. Club Automation has helped us customize our systems based on our clubs whether it’s a membership facility, a public facility or resort partner to help us reach our companies goals and maximize our potential with their unparalleled design.

Our pro shop managers and directors around the country love how user friendly Club Automation is, and how they don’t have to track everything by hand by the system just doing it for you. It has made payroll a lot easier throughout the company as well as managing inventory and revenue!
Absolutely! We don’t have to be at the club to know everything that’s going on, and Club Automation has never made it so easier to run a facility! Their customer care team has been with us through merging systems, transferring data, and launching new clubs. If there is a feature we would like to see down the line, they try their best to accommodate our clubs needs. I would never turn to another program again.
