Job Title: Customer Care Account Rep

Job Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with Customer Care team to thoroughly understand the support process and gain a deep knowledge of the product.
  • Answer support questions and manage the relationships of existing CA customers by gaining a robust knowledge of their businesses and learning how to leverage CA to better improve their operations.
  • Help form a tribe-like customer care community committed to building an engaging, effective and efficient customer care team.
  • Help build out system documentation and training structures.
  • Assist in Sales support by providing technical and tactical sales support in the demo phase, assisting in lead generation through maintaining positive relationships with existing customers and developing marketing/analytical material to enhance sales process.
Estimated Office Hours per Week:

  • Club Automation hours are from 8:00am-5:00pm: MOnday-Friday, and as needed.

Job Title: Technical Support

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to internal users – applications, hardware, OS, network and telecom issues
  • Become an expert on all aspects of Club Automation
  • Be a liaison between Quality Assurance and Customer Care
  • Create and maintain an FAQ to help the Customer Care team resolve issues on their own
  • Create and maintain accurate trouble tickets which entail recording problems, analysis performed resolution and other relevant information pertaining to the problem. 
  • Escalation and notification of maintenance and outage activity
Required Experience:
  • Technical background (Windows and Mac OS)
  • Enthusiastic about user support
  • Ability to identify complex problems

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Title: Product Manager

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop a deep knowledge of Club Automation and the health club industry
  • Work directly with customers and internal staff members to acutely understand complex market needs
  • Draw upon business acumen and industry knowledge to ascertain the critical pathway to product success
  • Ability to effectively distill down many requests and inputs into a clear and concise product strategy
  • Break down high level product needs into detailed requirements and workflows
  • Effectively dictate deliverables and acceptance criteria to drive project expectations
  • Work with and guide Project Managers to ensure proper execution of product vision 
  • Consistently evaluate market needs and help adjust the product roadmap and backlog accordingly
  • Identify and vet out the viability of new market segments where Club Automation can be best-in-market
Required Experience:
  • 3+ years experience in product management in the software industry
  • Experience working hands-on with development teams to deliver new software features
  • Familiar with Agile software development methodology
  • Demonstrated product management expertise
  • Proven leadership experience working with cross-functional teams 
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business or related field 
Desired Experience:
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence
  • Experience in the athletic club market
  • Rudimentary knowledge of programming languages and platforms
  • Small company or start-up experience

Job Title: Business Associate Intern
Time Commitment: Varies based on schedule/availability

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage account list of Potential Clients
  • Manage client outreach- Cold Calling, Emails, Marketing Lists
  • Research/prospect clubs that fit the profile of Club Automation customers
  • Enter new, qualified leads into the CRM database

Daily Responsibilities:
  • Spend 4-5 hours per day reaching out to client base
  • Set online demos for Account Executives
  • Constant cleaning of CRM database
  • Going into accounts and updating contact information, competitor information, client information
  • Finding correct contact person, email, number, etc.
  • Other general tasks as needed
